Refund policy
I know it can be scary to order products online - I feel that way myself sometimes. That's why I offer returns as long as you notify me that you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receiving it. You, the customer will be charged for the return shipping.
If you want to start a return, simply follow these steps
- Email me here: info@kimeverhardart.com with your order number and the reason for your return. I will then email you a return shipping label for USPS
- Repackage your item as best you can in the original packaging and attach the provided label. Be sure to include a packing slip if one was included in your order.
- Drop off the package at your local post office or simply place it in your mailbox if it fits.
- Your refund will be sent to you as soon as the product is received. The cost of the return shipping will be taken out of the refund.
If an item is damaged in shipping, contact me immediately and I will ship a new one as soon as possible. If the item is no longer in stock I will issue a refund or exchange for a comparable item.
In regard to t-shirts I am happy to make an exchange if you ordered the wrong size, in that case the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
