More about the inspiration for this painting:
My husband and I went to Yellowstone for our honeymoon in 2017 and we visited the park again with some friends in 2021. I love the diversity of the wildlife and the different biomes in the park. The colorful pools and geysers are what the park is most know for, but my favorite thing there was the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone which I hope to also paint one day!
